Moving with the times

Monday 2nd September 2024 marks our new VOIP internet based phone system gooing live, enabling us to handle your calls more efficiently and with much improved flexibility. Our initial testing indicates all looks good, but if you do happen to experience anything you feel could do with improvement in the early stages please don't hesitate to, well... give us a call!!

THE Queen

HM Queen Elizabeth II 1926-2022

All at Alcester Broach were deeply saddened to learn of the death of Queen Elizabeth II. She does not really need naming or numbering, she was simply THE Queen, and will remain so in our hearts forever. The factory, offices, and email and online services will all be closed on Monday 19th September in order that we can all honour, remember, and pay our deepest respects on the day of her funeral.

Christmas News and Greetings.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our customers and suppliers for the relationships that we have enjoyed throughout a difficult 2021. Hopefully the uncertainties and confusion facing people, communities, and industries across all of our countries will start to clear in 2022, and we wish everyone the very best.

Alcester Broach has now satisfied all our customer requirements for December and in light of the continuing and developing Covid situation we have decided for the wellbeing of all our stakeholders to close early for a well deserved Christmas break. So from 17th December the factory, offices, and switchboard will be closed until Tuesday 4th January 2022. Our email service and webchat facilities remain active until December 23rd as usual after which they too will close until January 4th.

Have a peaceful and healthy Christmas and we will see you all in 2022!

Quality Management System approved yet again

We are extremely pleased to advise that our Quality Management System has once again been re-certified to BS EN ISO 9001 , for the second consecutive audit with zero-defects (no non-conformances at all). This is 28 YEARS RUNNING at this level working with the professional team at NQA throughout all this time. The new certificate is available to download on our downloads page of the website

Re-Open and Fully Operational

We are pleased to confirm that we are now fully open as of Monday 27th April. Strict adherence to all Public Health England Covid-19 safety and hygiene guidelines remains in place for now and the forseeable future however.

Lockdown Reminder

We are sorry this post is late arriving. We have tried to inform customers and suppliers the best possible prior to this, but this is official confirmation that the factory remains on lockdown since 27th March for 3 weeks therefore with the current intention of re-opening Monday 20th April. Of course in these difficult and unprecedented times this remains a fluid situation but we will try to post here in a more immediate fashion any changes to these plans. Email communications remain open as normal - sales@alcesterbroach.com or accounts@alcesterbroach.com - and the mobiles of your current contacts will be answered where possible. We are very proud to advise that following a surveillance audit of our Quality Management System by highy respected accreditation body NQA on 31st October that no non-conformances were identified on the day, zero defects!
